This is one you are going to want to try!
Broccoli stir fry is delicious, quick, healthy, and easy to make. I usually double or triple the sauce depending on how many vegetables are used. I use a mixture of vegetables depending on what I have on hand. The sauce should be prepared before you start cooking the broccoli. I serve it with brown rice or soba noodles.
Put ingredients into large skillet or Wok
Stir fry over medium high heat
Add sauce and cook until slightly thickened
Serve with brown rice or sobi noodles
1 bunch of broccoli and vegetables of choice
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1/4 cup silvered almonds
Wash broccoli and cut broccoli florets, peel and slice stems to 1/4 inch thick. In large skillet or wok heat oil on medium high heat, stir fry broccoli and vegetables for 5 minutes until crisp tender. In small bowl combine soy sauce, cornstarch and almonds. Serve with or over brown rice. Makes 4 servings
