Kitchen Sink Smoothie

My son asked me how I made my smoothie so I told him. He replied, “Oh, everything but the kitchen sink” and yes he was pretty much right. So that’s what I call it, the ‘Kitchen Sink Smoothie’. This recipe is the basic, I add whatever I have on hand.

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup blueberries
5 strawberries
3 cups power greens (from costco)
1 cup kale
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1 banana
6 ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder
2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend until smooth about 30 to 45 seconds
